Design of the secondary containment system for a petroleum storage facility, including the containment berm geometry, the graded floor of the containment area, and verification that the retained volume met the applicable regulatory requirement for the tanks it serves.

Containment volumes were computed from the Civil 3D design surface rather than from an assumed prismatic shape, which accounts for the real graded floor and the tank foundations displacing volume inside the berm.
