Mixed-use development grading and servicing
Site grading, utility servicing, stormwater management, and municipal approval coordination for a mixed-use development.
Civil design for a mixed-use development combining commercial frontage with residential above. Mixed use complicates the servicing and the grading: the parking, loading and pedestrian approaches all need different surface treatments and different drainage, and they meet at grade.
The design resolved the servicing layout and the surface drainage together, and carried the package through municipal approval.
